A statement of the Executive, the economist Jean Max Bellerive was appointed by President Préval to replace Michele Pierre-Louis, the former prime minister who was dismissed from office by the Senate October 29.
The Minister of Planning and External Cooperation, Jean Max Bellerive is one that has been designated the October 30 by the president to replace Ms. Pierre-Louis, whose government has suffered a motion of censure majority of senators in the Upper House for " Inconsistency in policy and "lack of results.
Several international bodies like the United States, France and the MINUSTAH said take note of the motion of censure. While paying tribute to the work done by former Prime Minister, have called for the rapid formation of a new government to avoid political instability.
A new Prime Minister is soon appointed by the president of the republic. However, senators who were openly opposed to Thursday night holding the meeting of Inquiry (the quartet Yuri Latourtue, Rudy Herivaux, Evalière Beauplan and Andris Riche) would not in correspondence, asked Michele Pierre-Louis to ignore motion of censure. The latter announced their intention to continue their campaign against illegal voting senators questioners.
